Masao Saito has worked for over 20 years in accounting and tax practice in Japan. At a local accounting firm (currently joined to Ernst & Young Business Partner Co., Ltd.) that provides specialized accounting services to Japanese subsidiaries and branches of NYSE/NASDAQ listed companies, and at IBM Japan (Accounting Team Leader, IBM Business Consulting Services, formerly PwC Consulting). He has extensive practical experience working with non-Japanese capital companies and their branch offices. He is registered as a Licensed Tax Accountant/Certified Public Tax Accountant (LTA/CPTA), fully qualified to the practice against the National Tax Agency (NTA) and the National Tax Tribunal. Mr. Saito is also an Associate of Turnaround Professionals (ATP).
